VOICE BANKING

Use Voice Banking to check your balance, transfer between your accounts, or make a payment on any of your loans without lifting a finger.

How to Use
  • Check account balances on all your checking, savings and loan accounts

  • Transfer funds within the same account or to a different account
  • Transfer funds between checking and savings

  • Make loan payments

  • Ask for information such as what is the credit union’s routing number

You can ask useful questions like: “How much money do I have?”, “What’s the balance of my savings account?”, and “How much do I have in Checking?”

Move money between account and shares by saying: “Transfer twenty dollars from checking to savings.” or “Move money”.

You can make payments on loans by saying: “Pay my credit card”, “When is my loan due?” or “Make a payment”.

You can find useful information about your account by asking: “What’s my routing number?”, “Where is the nearest branch?”, “What do I do if I lost my card?”, or “How do I change my Pin?”.

Take advantage of this service, follow the steps below:

  • Open your Alexa App

  • Search for our East Idaho Credit Union Skill or visit This Link

  • Enable the skill, then tap enroll and follow the prompts on your screen

  • Log in to link your East Idaho Credit Union account to your Alexa devices

  • Say, “Alexa, open East Idaho” on your device to get started
