Below are the known current issues and answers regarding our system upgrade.

We are invested in you and are working extremely hard to ensure that the system upgrade performs as anticipated. While with any data conversion, there are bound to be a few hiccups along the way, please find a few of them below:

Remote Deposit Capture

Due to a connection issue between our online banking and remote deposit vendors, checks could take up to 24 hours to post to your account. If the check is deposited during business hours, it will take up to an hour to post to your account. We are working very hard to resolve this problem.

Account History

As you may have noticed, any account history prior to July 1, 2017 is not available when looking in eBranch or your mobile app. All history is available on your monthly statement. If you are an eStatement user, you can find your statements by logging into your account. If you receive a paper statement, you can drop by a branch near you and they will be happy to give you a copy.

Linked Accounts

It appears that linked accounts are not visible when logging into your account. If you experience this problem, simply call us, or send us a message through Facebook and we will take care of it for you.
